A credit card is required to book your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice. This way, we can adjust the schedule accordingly and accommodate clients who are on the waitlist. For no-show or late cancellations:

• 50% of the service is charged to cover the time and opportunity cost.
• There is a $50 fee for complimentary consultations.
• Clients who cancel within 24-hours or no-show three (3) times will be required to pay in full for their appointment at the time of booking.
• No refunds on services provided/no exceptions.
• Product refunds will be honored and are based on the manufacturer’s return policy and varies from product line to product line
